Track your homemade preserves, manage your stock and find every jar in an instant — no more guessing what's in the cellar or when it was made.
From the first jar you fill to the last one you open, Jarrito keeps every detail in order — dates, locations, quantities, costs.
Print a label for every jar on standard Avery sheets, straight from your batches. Each label carries what you need to know, and a code that links the jar to your stock.
No setup, no complexity. Start tracking your cellar in under a minute.
Join Jarrito and bring order to every shelf. It takes less time than labeling a single jar.
Create my free accountJarrito is a digital cellar dedicated to home canning enthusiasts. Whether you make jam, vegetable preserves, sauces, soups, compotes, honey, oils, vinegars or canned dishes, the app helps you keep track of every jar in your pantry. No more forgotten jars at the back of a shelf, no more guessing the year of a preserve: every jar finds its place, every batch is traced.
Add a new batch in a few seconds: photo, classification, subclassification, jar size (250 ml, 500 ml, 1 L…), quantity, batch date and storage location. Jarrito then knows exactly how many jars of strawberry jam, ratatouille, tomato sauce or cassoulet you have left. Withdrawals are recorded too: you keep an accurate consumption history and you finally know which preserves you eat the most.
Save your canning recipes and enter the total cost of each batch (ingredients, jars, lids). Jarrito divides that cost across the jars in the batch, so you know how much your homemade jam or tomato sauce really costs and can compare with the store-bought equivalent.
Proud of a recipe? Share it with family and friends via a public link: they can read the ingredients and steps directly in their browser, no account needed.
Print labels for your jars on standard Avery sheets (seven formats, A4 or Letter): name, category, month of canning and volume, one label per jar. A partly used sheet is not wasted, you simply choose the first free spot. Each label can carry a QR code: scan it with your phone when you open the jar and Jarrito removes it from your stock, even if the jar has moved to another shelf in the meantime.
Each batch carries a storage location (cellar, garage, kitchen shelf, pantry…) and optionally a recipe version. You can also export your full stock to Excel for your own records.
Use Jarrito from your computer when you do the canning session, then check your stock on your phone at the supermarket. The web app and the iPhone and Android apps share the same account: you always see the same jars, the same recipes, the same history.
Jarrito is free for the first 100 jars stored. Beyond that, 5€ unlocks unlimited jars for 12 months. Nothing renews automatically and your card is never charged again without you asking — when the year is up, you decide whether to buy another one. The app is multilingual (French, English, Spanish), supports several currencies and lets you choose between metric (g, ml, L) or imperial (oz, fl oz) units.
